Service for Dreame- and Okai products.

We have partnered up with Mentech to create a service setup for your Dreame and Okai products.

In order for you to get your product serviced by Mentec, you need a login. In order for Mentech to create the login for you, they need the following information:

1. VAT No.:
2. Adress, ZIP-code and town:
3. Contact person(s) (Name, Tel.No. and e-mail address)
4. Main Tel.No. for the company:
5. General e-mail to the company:
6. Invoice e-mail:

Please send all these information to your contact person at Boston Group, and they will get you the login for the portal.

As soon as you have that login, you can use it to create all service cases related to Dreame- and Okai products.
