Boston handles the entire value chain of commercial drones. This also includes the service and repair of both drones and payloads. To solve any issue, we have employed special technicians/engineers who are responsible for the service and repair of drones and payloads.
Service and repair are carried out both within the warranty period and outside the warranty period, the latter includes a fee.
We also have an Extended Warranty service. Here we replace the device if it is lost, repair the device and/or provide priority service for both drones and payloads.
