Flying drones is country by country regulated by the local authorities, which supplements the European drone rules in Regulation (EU) 2019/947.
We recommend that you always keep yourself updated with the rules that apply in the country you fly. You can read about some of the current rules here: the tab "DJI support portal" point 5.
